By acting as the main contractor for the design phase, we take control of the entire process – from the start of the design work through to the submission of the design documentation for expert review and the obtaining of planning permission:

• preparation of preliminary and planning permission documentation;
• preparation of a preliminary design proposal;
• development and approval of the architectural and structural design and architectural and structural drawings;
• assessment of technical specifications;
• preparation of technical specifications for survey work;
• development of design documentation (DD) and working documentation (WD) in accordance with the composition set out in Resolution No. 87 of the Government of the Russian Federation of 16 February 2008 ‘On the composition of sections of design documentation and requirements for their content’, as currently in force;
• submission of the design documentation for expert review;
• obtaining a building permit.
