The apartment block is an eight-storey building with an underground car park providing 115 parking spaces. The entrance area, as in the main building, is equipped with a canopy to ensure guests can alight from their vehicles in comfort.
The ground floor is divided into the following functional areas:

• a retail area,
• a co-working area,
• hotel administration area,
• the restaurant area.
The second to seventh floors are home to the apartment-style rooms. The apartment complex comprises 180 rooms, including: 60 one-room apartments (29 sq m), 72 two-room rooms (47 sq m), 36 three-room rooms (73 sq m), and 12 rooms for people with disabilities.
The eighth floor is a service floor.
